NEW FOR SUMMER 2020, OPAK WILL BE OFFERING:  INTRO TO OCEANOGRAPHY FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS!

Date(s)/Time(s): July 6th-10th, 9am-3:30pm *Please note that Thursday July 9th drop off will be at 8am at Captain John Boats in Downtown Plymouth*

Ages: Students entering Grades 9-12 in the fall.

Price: $400

Location: OPAK’s Headquarters, The Center Hill Preserve (158 Center Hill Road, Plymouth, MA  02360)

Plankton, Kelp, Barnacles, Snails, Mussels, Seals, Sharks, Whales. We have them all in this fun packed week of marine science. Have you thought about becoming a marine scientist, but not sure how to get started? This course is perfect for you! Join OPAK for your crash course in marine biology, chemistry, geology, physics and policy. Walk away knowing a ton about the ocean, marine careers and how to be a better advocate for our waterways. The week will also include a trip to Woods Hole for a boat trip with the Zephyr Foundation, a trip to the Woods Hole Aquarium and a Whale Watch out of Plymouth Harbor.
