FAMILY JAM MAKING CLASSES AT GREEN BRIAR

 

Adult and child working together to make their own  jam in the historic
Green Briar Jam Kitchen in East Sandwich is a special way to prepare for the
coming holiday season!   Children, accompanied by an adult, must be at least
6 years old to work in the kitchen.  Register for any of the following
Saturday afternoon classes meeting from 1 to 3pm and bring home 4 to 6 jars
of jam for your home table or to give as a gift: October 26, cranberry lemon
pear jam; November 2, cranberry apple pear jam; November 23, holiday berry
jam (cranberry, strawberry, orange).

 

The fee per class, which includes one adult and one child, is $45 for
members of the Thornton W. Burgess Society, $55 for non-members.  The fee
includes one adult and one child in the family classes.  Paid advance
registration is required.  Check the website at
