April Animals Week
April 16 ~ April 23, 2016


BREWSTER, MA ­The Cape Cod Museum of Natural 
History in Brewster presents April Animals Week, 
Saturday, April 16th ~ Saturday, April 23, 2016 during April School Vacation.
  Museum hours: 11am – 3pm.

  Saturday, 4/16 ~ Cape Cod Therapy Dogs ~ 1pm ~ Free w/ Museum Admission
Join Gina Hayes and this talented group of 
certified dogs and their owners that involves 
children in fun, active games aimed at 
strengthening the bonds between kids and their dogs.

Sunday, 4/17 ~ Nature Screen presents “The Nest” 
Documentary 1pm ~ Free w/ Museum Admission

Monday, 4/18 ~ Creature Feature ~ 11:30am ~ 2:30pm ~ Free w/ Museum Admission
Meet our Aquarium residents UP CLOSE! Ask 
questions of our Aquarists and learn about the 
care and feeding of these special critters.

Tuesday, 4/19 ~ Bats and Biomimicry with 
Naturalist Irwin Schorr ~ 1pm ~ Free w/ Museum Admission

Wednesday, 4/20 ~ The Incredible Journey of the 
Butterflies ~ 11:30am & 1pm ~ Free w/ Museum Admission

Thursday, 4/21 ~ Birdwatching for Beginners ~ 10am
                               The Inflatable 
Humpback Whale ~ 10:45am – 2:15pm Meet our 
inflatable Humpback! Learn
                               about whales from 
the inside out! Reservations required. Space limited.
                               Because of the 
educational content level, this program is restricted to ages 5 and up.
                              The Bird and the 
Bullet Train 1pm ~   All Free w/Museum Admission

Friday, 4/22 ~ Earth Day Celebration ~ School 
House Rock ~ film ~ 11am ~ 3pm ~ Free w/ Museum Admission
                          Building Kites with 
Glenn Davison of Kiting USA ~ 11:30am ~ $25 online/ $35 Door

Saturday, 4/ 23 ~ The Gills Club ~ 10am ~ Free
