[SEMCO] Professional Development Workshop

The New Bedford Whaling Museum would like to announce the following PD workshop, co-sponsored by the Museum Institute for Teaching Science, to be offered on the weekend of March 5 and 6, 2016. Schooling with Whales will provide educators with a variety of methods of using whales, dolphins and porpoises to teach science, math, geography and history concepts. This fun, inexpensive workshop is geared towards teachers in grades 2 - 6, but teachers of other grades can register if interested. One graduate credit and/or 10 PDPs are available. This workshop will take place at the NBWM and will be limited to the first 20 registrants.
