Dear Colleagues;

The 2008 Northeast Aquaculture Conference and Expo (NACE) will be held
at the Eastland Park Hotel in Portland, Maine, December 3-5th. The
event, now in its 10th year, will feature a full technical program, a
trade show with vendors of supplies and services throughout the region
and the country, guest speakers addressing important topics for today
and tomorrow, and an excellent chance to network with growers,
scientists and managers. We are offering great tours, and we have not
forgotten about good food and entertainment, to make this enjoyable as
well as informative. As usual, the conference is organized by
collaborators from the Northeast US and Canada, and is supported by a
wide group of sponsors. The attached document lists the agenda and
other relevant details about lodging, registration, and the goals of the
event.

Please feel free to forward this message to your colleagues and
co-workers, students, members, or others who may have an interest in
aquaculture. As you'll see, NACE covers marine and freshwater, finfish
and shellfish, food products and non-food products alike, so there will
be something there for everyone.

Registration and further details are available through the conference
web site: www.northeastaquaculture.org. Don't forget - early
registration ends November 3rd.

Meantime, thank you for passing the word, and on behalf of the NACE 2008
Organizing Committee, we hope to see you there!

Best regards,
