[SEMCO] Child's River Program Friday Morning

As part of their twentieth anniversary Waquoit Bay Reserve is sponsoring
an exploration of the Child's River. Participants are invited to meet at
Reserve Headquarters to carpool at 9 AM on Friday.  Join leaders Steve
Hurley, MassWildlife, and Gabrielle Stebbins, MA Riverways Program, to
trace the river from its headwaters on John's Pond all the way to where
it turns salty.. Along the way you'll see the natural part of the river,
cranberry bogs, old fish ladders, and discuss the fresh and salt water
ecology as well as how stream flow measuring works.
