[CINAR_PIs] NGI review

Hi, all

Here is the draft agenda for the science review portion of the NGI 5 
year review.

There is an administrative review which takes place on Tuesday the 
6th.   NGI will send me that and I'll share it when I receive it. 
The science review takes place on Wed. and thurs (7th and 8th) though 
as you can there are a lot of "closed sessions" on the 8th.

I learned that the meeting is " in the middle of nowhere".  Its in 
Starkville, MS - the closest airport is  Golden Triangle Regional 
Airport which is 20 mins away.  Other airports (Jackson, MS and 
Memphis,TN) are over 2 hours away.

I have some hotel suggestions, etc. from my contact at NGI which I'll 
share once I know if anyone else is able to go.  :=)
