[All-postdocs] Year Round room available for rent March 1

Hi JP and Post Docs,

We are currently looking for a new housemate starting March 1 with a year round lease. This is a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house with JP students and WHOI Post-Docs. The house is located on Sippewissett Rd and is close to the beach (1 mile), bike path (mile 5), Falmouth (5 min drive) and Woods Hole (10 min drive). The rental is for 1 bedroom in a house share. The common spaces include a bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining room. There is an in-house washer/dryer, basement, parking space, and yard with a garden, BBQ, and firepit. Newly finished hardwood floors, modern furniture, and updated kitchen. There is AC and the house is run on Solar. Sorry, no pets.

Please let me know if you or anyone you know is interested. I can provide photos and/or a video tour. We are looking for another young professional that is excited to live in a communal environment.
