[All-postdocs] House for rent/Hatchville/$1750/Aug1

Hi all,


We will be moving out of our wonderful 3-4 bedroom, 2 full bath house in Hatchville (East Falmouth) and our landlords are looking for new tenants at $1750/month. Move-in date Aug 1 (with some flexibility). They have rented out to postdoc families for a while now, and would love to continue. 

-The house has 3 bedrooms, and a fourth smaller room that is perfect as an office or nursery.
-Two full bathrooms with tubs.
-Open and sunny kitchen and living room area with bay window.
-Wood stove + oil furnace for heating
-Good size yard and deck with great sunshine.
-On quiet cul-de-sac that backs up against cranberry bogs with trails, and an easy walk to Coonamessett Pond for swimming.
-1/2 mile to Coonamessett Farm 
-Unfinished basement with tons of storage space and washer/dryer
-Sunny side room with sky lights and sliding glass doors (great office space)
-Wood floors downstairs, and pristine carpet upstairs.
-Easy 15-20 minute drive to WHOI

We moved in July 2017, and since then 4 new windows, a new dishwasher and new refrigerator have been installed. It’s a great house and we are sad to leave. We can’t recommend it enough. I’m attaching a photo of the outside of the house. I’m happy to share other photos, show the house or answer any questions.
