[All-postdocs] Year-round apartment rental in Falmouth

Hi everyone,

 

We are leaving WHOI in a few weeks and our year-round apartment becomes
available Mid-March. 

 

2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Falmouth, partly furnished with a fully
equipped kitchen and a washing machine with drying function. The apartment
is on the 2nd floor of a cape-style house and has a separate entrance. The
yard is shared with the downstairs neighbours. Convenient Falmouth location
near Main Street on quiet cul-du-sac, 2 min walk to the French bakery, bars
and restaurants, 15 min bike ride to Quissett Campus. No smoking. The
current rent is $1200/month and includes water and heat. For electricity and
internet, we pay about $100/month. We bought some furniture and other stuff
(bed, dressers, desk, and window AC unit), which we will offer for sale as
we are leaving the country. We would prefer to sell it to the next renter of
the apartment.
