The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a cape-style house and has a separate entrance. The yard is shared with the downstairs neighbours. Convenient Falmouth location near Main Street on quiet cul-du-sac, 2 min walk to the French bakery, bars and restaurants, 15 min bike ride to Quissett Campus. No smoking. The current rent is $1200/month and includes water and heat. For electricity and internet, we pay about $100/month. We bought some furniture and other stuff (bed, dressers, desk, and window AC unit), which we will offer for sale as we are leaving the country.
