Hi all! 

We have a single room available in our three-bedroom, two-bath house in Teaticket. The monthly rent is $658 + utilities (gas, electric, internet/cable). Summer utilities run about $50/month/person, while winter is approximately  $90/month/person. The house includes a washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, parking, fireplace, front and back decks, a three-season porch and a backyard with a trail that leads to conservation lands. 

The current roommates are early-career males who are upstanding members of the East Falmouth community. During their free time they enjoy making furniture, chopping wood, fishing, cycling, canoeing/kayaking, and good company. The house is also shared with two adorable dogs who tolerate anyone willing to expend their undivided attention and love.
