[All-postdocs] West Falmouth Accommodation

Hi all,

I moving out of my flat at the end of August and I am looking for someone
to take it from September 2018.

The flat is a year-round accommodation, located in West Falmouth (#9
Lindsley Road in Google) near the bike path to Woods Hole (approx 7 miles),
1/2 mile to the Chapoquoit beach, and about a 1/4 mile to library, market.

I loved this place, so close to the beach, to the West Falmouth market,
looking at trees through the windows and with amazing landlords, Ship and
Susan, always happy to help and share good plans for sailing and skiing!

The rent is 1075$ per month and includes heat, electric, and internet/TV,
AC. The flat is already furnished. It is ideally for one person and no pet.

The Apt is in the lower half of my landlords home (separated form the rest
of the house by a door) with lots of windows and it has its own entrance
which comes up from the lower driveway through the garage, and there is a
parking space for a car.
