Hi all,

We're moving out shortly, and our house becomes available.

I mentioned that already earlier. But after I mentioned to our landlord 
that she probably won't find a postdoc as tenant for the price mentioned 
on the housing list, she was happy to come up with a special postdoc 
discount! Apparently, we as postdocs are very desirable tenants...

So, if interested, please see our landlord's advertisement (below and on 
the housing list) and know that you can get the house for $1900. (Maybe 
you can even negotiate a bit more discount if you offer to take care of 
the snow removal yourself and accept a year lease, or something like that).
