Hello,

The studio apartment I am staying in will be available June 1.

It's on a very quiet street in downtown Falmouth, just behind Simply 
Divine and the French bakery. Just 0.7 mi from surf drive beach and 2.3 
miles from Quissett. The apartment is year-round. Rent is $500 a month 
(10% discount for JP students), not including utilities (I can tell you 
how much I pay - it's reasonable).

The studio is tiny, but great for one person. Some features include:
- Less than year-old kitchen floor tiling
- 3-month old electric stove
- Wood paneled walls
- Carpeted floor
- Closet
- Lots of windows (but not a lot of natural light)
- Lots of cupboard space
- Large backyard (which you will share mowing and leaf-raking 
responsibilities for with upstairs neighbor)
- Off-street parking space
- Storage space and washer/dryer in cellar
- comes with bookshelf, dining table/chairs (which the Rachel may remove 
if not wanted)

I've loved living here for 2 years. Happy to answer questions or show 
you the place if you're interested.

My landlady is a JP alum and faculty at Wellesley College. She has been 
a wonderful landlady and very responsive to any problems I've
