The studio apartment I am staying in will
be available June 1. <br>

It's on a very quiet street in downtown
Falmouth, just behind Simply Divine and the
French bakery. Just 0.7 mi from surf drive
beach and 2.3 miles from Quissett. The
apartment is year-round. Rent is $500 a
month (10% discount for JP students), not
including utilities (I can tell you how much
I pay - it's reasonable). <br>

The studio is tiny, but great for one person.
