SoundHAB: discolored water South end of Vashon

Was on the 5:30 PM boat from Pt. Defiance and observed green/brown water on the surface but the center of the prop wash was clear. I assumed that meant that the cause of the discoloration was strictly surface water and it seem confined to the out going tide from the Narrows as it bumped up against the Puyallup River out flow.  Bands of color had been  separated by boat wakes. 
Am curious enough to try and collect a sample later this afternoon.
