[SEMCO] Tuesday Evenings on the Bluff at the Waquoit Bay Reserve

Join us each Tuesday evening at the Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve's Evenings on the Bluff Series. The Reserve will host entertainment Tuesday evening's at 6:30PM-7:30PM in July at the Reserve's Headquarters overlooking beautiful Waquoit Bay. Bring a beach chair, blanket and picnic dinner and enjoy the view while enjoying the live entertainment.

Tuesday, July 9th - Science Heroes: Adventure of the Lost Treasure - Join the Science Heros on a treasure-hunting adventure deep within the jungle!  Audience members will help conduct experiments and explore science concepts including air press, energy transfer, and physical vs. chemical changes.

Tuesday, July 16th Wampanoag Nation Singers and Dancers will educate and perform eastern social songs and dances.

Tuesday, July 23rd the Reserve welcomes Rainforest Reptiles, audience members will have the chance to come into direct contact with live reptiles, artifacts, and their incredible stories.

Tuesday, July 30th Joe Yukna with present a photo-lecture highlighting WWII and Washburn Island's unique history with the military. This program will be held under our tent, chairs will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Reserve's headquarters is located at 131 Waquoit Highway (Route 28).
In the event of rain, the program will be held under our tent. There is no cost to attend, all welcome!
