*LEWIS E. KIMBALL ENVIRONMENTAL SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY*



The Friends of Chatham Waterways (FCW) is pleased to announce that
applications are now open for the Lewis E. Kimball scholarship for the
2021/2022 academic year.  A unique opportunity for Cape Cod and the Islands
residents and/or graduates of  Cape Cod or the Islands high schools.  We
will offer a number of scholarships of up to $3,000 to upper-level
undergraduate or graduate students majoring in marine or environmental
studies.  More information and applications can be found on the FCW
website:  www.chathamwaterways.org.  Applications are due March 31, 2021.



Friends of Chatham Waterways offer these scholarships to enable and
encourage tomorrow's leaders to commit themselves to careers in these
fields.  Previous winners have included students in atmospheric studies,
wildlife habitat restoration, renewable energy, environmental law
enforcement and policy, marine biology and many other environmental study
