The Cape Cod Cooperative Extension Marine Program is a partner of the Woods Hole Sea Grant Program.<https://seagrant.whoi.edu/>
Assists the Aquaculture and Marine Resource Specialists with a variety of shellfish, finfish, aquaculture and water quality research and monitoring projects.
Data collection and entry into databases as well as data analysis for incorporation into scientific publications and presentations. Provides information and technical assistance to the general public, private industry, and public officials regarding shellfisheries, restoration of living marine resources, and related information.
Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Simple construction skills, safe operation of boats, trailer transport of boats, use and management of multiparameter sondes for water quality analysis.
Position contingent upon successful passing of pre-employment physical.
