For those of you who may be submitting a hazard mitigation grant sub-application under HMGP, the Grant Sub-Application Package for HMGP-4372-MA/HMGP-4379-MA is now live on our MEMA website and can be found here: https://www.mass.gov/service-details/hazard-mitigation-grant-program-hmgp . The primary application is a MS Word document, and the administrative forms are all in Adobe .pdf format.

When submitting an HMGP application electronically, please be sure to include all attachments that are referenced on page 3 of the application package.

Just a reminder that for PDM/FMA, applications are submitted electronically through FEMA's eGrants portal. Information on eGrants access can be found here: https://www.mass.gov/service-details/pdm-fma-grants
