Sisters in STEM: A Mentoring design challenge for middle school girls Oct. 23
Middle school girls are invited to join CCCC STEM students and mentors from 500 Women Scientists for a fun small group design challenge event. Administrator's Tour of the Blue Economy Oct. 24
For K-12 administrators and education leaders from the Cape & Islands. We will meet at 8:30am at Mashpee High School, and travel by bus to meet with leaders of McLane Research Labs (https://capecodstemnetwork.us9.list-manage.com/track/click?u=9e42964f129d483d76c0c4bbc&id=196cbf535a&e=79dee973df) , DunkWorks Marine Robotics Center (https://capecodstemnetwork.us9.list-manage.com/track/click?u=9e42964f129d483d76c0c4bbc&id=8fe80ec432&e=79dee973df) and Workforce Development at WHOI (whoi.edu) to discuss the career opportunities and skills required in today's STEM workforce, and how we can empower the students of the Cape & Islands to meet those needs. Take the Skip the Straw challenge! Vex Robotics Jamboree Oct. 25
No experience necessary! Join us for this fun scrimmage & jamboree in preparation for qualifying tournaments this year. Build a robot! Drive a robot! @Cape Cod Community College Life Fitness Center(Gym), 3:30-5:30pm.

Teachers can learn how to integrate fun hands-on STEM activities into their classroom through: ArcGIS for educators, Stellwagen Bank's STEM to STEAM Art and Marine Biodiversity challenge, and NOAA's research projects tagging shearwaters in our region.
