[SEMCO] Science Communication Workshop - Oct. 24

On Monday, October 24th, the North Atlantic Chapter of the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (NAC SETAC) is organizing a one-day science communication work shop called "Improvisation for Scientists" and run by the Alan Alda Center for Communicating Science at Stony Brook (http://www.centerforcommunicatingscience.org/ <http://www.centerforcommunicatingscience.org/>).
The workshop will be held from 8 AM-5:30 PM at the Marine Biological Laboratory, Swope Center, in Woods Hole. Registration is limited to a maximum of 32, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registration costs are $250 for non-members, $200 for NAC SETAC members, and $100 for students. The registration fee includes the course, lunch and coffee breaks.
