Winter Trees And Wildlife Tracks – Family Nature Walk

Join Manomet and Wildlands Trust staff for a guided walk around historic O’Neil Farm in Duxbury, searching for signs of life in the middle of winter!

George Washington may have chopped down his father’s prized cherry tree, but perhaps if he knew how to identify it, he wouldn’t have done so! Join us on this President’s Day as we help your family kick off the start of February Vacation week with an informative nature walk around historic O’Neil Farm in Duxbury. On our walk, we’ll learn how to identify local tree species by their bark and buds and look for tracks and other signs of local animals along the trails. This family program is suitable for adults and children ages 5 and up. Dress warmly!

We will meet at the O’Neil Farm Autumn Ave. parking lot (directions available upon registration).

Cost: Adult $15.00 non-member, $10.00 member (of either Manomet or Wildlands Trust), child $5.00
