  Naturescape Gallery presents “Life on the Leaf Edge”
with
Photographer Samuel Jaffe


BREWSTER, MA ­ Naturescape Gallery at the Cape 
Cod Museum of Natural History is proud to present 
photographer Samuel Jaffe *May 4th – August 31, 2016.

  Naturalist, photographer Samuel Jaffe grew up 
in Eastern Massachusetts chasing birds, mucking 
through ponds, and turning over leaves.  Over the 
last five years he has developed a project to 
raise and photograph all of the more charismatic 
native caterpillars.  The project has blossomed 
and expanded into caterpillar exhibits, shows, 
walks, and talks, culminating in the creation of 
<http://www.facebook.com/TheCaterpillarLab>The Caterpillar Lab in 2013.

Sam's most recent photography exhibits can be 
seen hanging at the MIT Center for Theoretical 
Physics in Cambridge MA, and in the hallways of 
Antioch University New England in Keene NH. The 
Cape Cod Museum of Natural History is very 
excited and proud to exhibit Sam’s stunning 
photographs of caterpillars for 4 months and in 
conjunction with a visit from The Caterpillar Lab 
on August 10th.  He is currently working towards 
a Masters in Environmental Education at Antioch University of New England.

Naturescape Gallery is Free with Museum Admission

*Possible auditorium programs may close the 
exhibit periodically. Check at admissions or call
