On December 10, the Barnstable County Coastal Resources Committee (CRC) and
the Cape Cod Stormwater Managers Group will hold a joint meeting featuring
Mr. Newton Tedder, MS4 Program, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency,
Region 1.



Mr. Tedder will give a presentation on the draft MS4 Stormwater Permit for
Massachusetts.  This information session will be similar to prior EPA
information sessions held in Lakeville and elsewhere, but will enable Cape
Cod resource managers and the public to obtain information on the draft MS4
Stormwater Permit as it pertains to Cape Cod communities (e.g., Cape Cod
TMDLs).



The target audience for this presentation includes municipal stormwater and
wastewater managers, public works directors, natural resource managers,
planners, conservation commissions, decisionmakers and the general public.



Following the presentation, there will be a joint meeting of the Coastal
Resources Committee and the Cape Cod Stormwater Managers Group to discuss
next steps.



The public is invited to attend this presentation and meeting.  The event
is hosted by the Association to Preserve Cape Cod, a member of the Coastal
Resources Committee.  Refreshments will be provided.

Directions:  Take Route 6 (the Mid-Cape Highway) to Exit 6.  From Exit 6,
travel northbound on Route 132 for approximately 1/10 mile.  The College
entrance will be on your right.  Follow the one-way road until you see
Parking Lot 7 on your right.  Lecture Hall A will be on your left.



The Barnstable County Coastal Resources Committee (CRC) is the County's
coastal advisory committee, serves as a liaison between towns and the
County on coastal issues and is the local governance committee for the Cape
Cod region of the Massachusetts Bays National Estuary Program.  For more
