[SEMCO] NOAA Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management (OCRM) Competitive Grant Announcement (NEERS Collaborative Research )

The NOAA Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management (OCRM) has released a new competitive grant announcement.

 OCRM is requesting proposals to develop and conduct a comprehensive 5-year, applied research program that supports collaborative research in partnership with the National Estuarine Research Reserve System (NERRS).
