[SEMCO] Fall Lecture Series Continues October 24

You are invited to attend the third and final lecture on
Environmental Tipping Points

The Woods Hole Research Center (WHRC) will conclude its lecture series on Environmental
Tipping Points with Food For Thought: Balancing Agriculture, Forests, and Climate
to be held next Thursday, October 24 at 5:30 p.m. Senior Scientist Dr. Michael Coe
will present findings on how Amazon deforestation can lead to radical climate shifts
affecting forests, crops, and hydropower. If you have not done so already, RSVP

The lecture will be held in WHRC's Harbourton Auditorium and begins promptly at 
5:30 p.m. Due to limited parking and seating, reservations are highly recommended.
The series is free, and the public is encouraged to join in these conversations 
with WHRC scientists.
