On Sunday, April 7 at 2 pm the Friends of the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History will present The Cape Cod Garden-Native Plants with Ellen Sousa, garden coach and author of The Green Garden .

Learn about some of our native New England plants that are well-adapted to coastal conditions, and how they support a complex community of wildlife that in turn helps keep our water clean and our coastal environment healthy. 



Come hear from Ellen about her gardening experience and glean ideas of what you can do with your Cape Cod landscape to contribute to the ecological wellness of the Cape . 



Ellen Walther Sousa writes about earth-friendly landscaping and habitat gardening for many magazines. Her acclaimed book The Green Garden (2012) will be available for sale with a book signing to follow the talk.
