   The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History will present the astronomy course:
Unraveling the Night Sky with Jarvis Hunt on November 1, 9, 15 and 22 at 2
pm. 
These four 1.5 hour afternoon sessions will be enriched by one observing
night (day and time to be announced).  Fee: $45/Member, $50/Non-Member.

   Using an historical approach, the course will explore the motions seen in
the sky and the many attempts to explain them in the past, concluding with
the current model.
 
   The course will also explore the solar system and how it affects the
earth. Then Mr. Hunt will consider how astrophysics has contributed to our
understanding of the stars, galaxies and the origin of the universe.
 
   This course is intended for people who are curious, but may not have a
strong background in astronomy.
