The Great White and Basking Shark: A Case of Mistaken Identity
 

Last summer many observers were fooled by the fins of plankton-eating
Basking Sharks. Join Carol Carson to learn about these gentle giants of
the sea that weigh up to 8500 pounds as well as the giant Ocean Sunfish.

Long Pasture Wildlife Sanctuary is located on the north side of Rt 6a in
Barnstable.  Trails are open daily dawn to dusk.  Sanctuary admission is
free for members; $4 adults, $3 children for non-members. Call (508)
