On Saturday, February 12 at 3:30 pm the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History
presents wildlife biologist Dr. Jonathan Way speaking on Tracking the
Eastern Coyotes (Coywolves) Among Us. The fee is $5/Member, $7/Non-Member.

Dr. Way will expand upon his long-term research into coyotes (or coywolves
as he believes they should be renamed) on Cape Cod with a powerpoint
presentation and discussion on coywolves and genetics.

Dr. Way is the author of Suburban Howls: Tracking the Eastern Coyote in
Urban Massachusetts and maintains a website Eastern Coyote/Coywolf Research
(ECR). "The mission of Eastern Coyote/Coywolf Research is to promote the
appreciation and acceptance of this creature throughout its range in
Northeastern North America through sound science and public education."

This exciting program will bring us up-to-date on Dr. Way's extensive
knowledge and latest findings on the natural history of the eastern coyote
on Cape Cod and the importance of appreciating the role of this fascinating
animal.
