Nature Photography for Digital Photographers
April 26 to June 7 (no class on May 31) 


Nature Photography for Digital Photographers will be held at the Cape Cod
Museum of Natural History on Mondays, April 26 to June 7 (no class on May
31) from 9-11 AM. Two off-site photo shoots will be held on May 10 and May
24.

$100 for Cape Cod Art Association (CCAA) Members CCAA and Cape Cod Museum of
Natural History (CCMNH) Members.  $125 Non-Members.

This class is co-sponsored by the Cape Cod Art Association, the Cape Cod
Museum of Natural History and Stan Godwin Photography Workshops.

An introduction to the technique of fine nature photography using digital
capture. Students with basic DSLR knowledge and/or students from any of
Stan's previous classes are welcome. Knowledge of shooting and handling RAW
images is highly recommended! Note: the schedule allows for two off-site
field trips!

This will be a shooting class. The ideal student has a deep love of nature,
a photo quality inkjet printer and PhotoshopR, Lightroom or Photoshop
ElementsR on their home computer. We will discuss the techniques and
aesthetics of shooting in nature as well as archiving and printing your
images on your home computer and/or through your local professional lab.

Materials List (Have at each class session!): 
Digital camera w/macro capabilities and lenses (optional) 
Tripod 
Owners manual for your camera! 
Memory card(s)
