Woods Hole Sea Grant Funding Cycle Meeting Scheduled for Wednesday

The Woods Hole Sea Grant Program reminds interested parties it is seeking
pre-proposals for its 2010-2012 funding cycle. The theme areas for this
cycle are fisheries and aquaculture, environmental technologies, and
estuarine and coastal processes. Projects in these areas will align with the
national Sea Grant office focus areas contained in its strategic plan:
healthy coastal ecosystems; sustainable coastal development; a safe and
sustainable seafood supply; and hazard resilience in coastal communities.

Potential recipients are encouraged to attend the Woods Hole Sea Grant open
meeting tomorrow, February 11, at 2:00 p.m. in Redfield Auditorium at the
Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution.
