Robert F. Smith has been practicing law on Cape Cod since 1972, concentrating in the areas of real estate and estate planning. Also, as a Founding Trustee and President of the nonprofit Harwich Conservation Trust, he knows firsthand how estate planning can benefit nonprofit organizations.
