Join us for dessert and a lively panel discussion as we reflect on key
decisions that have influenced the management of coastal resources on
Cape Cod and look at how today's decisions will affect our communities
twenty years from now. What has history taught us? How can we become
better stewards of our precious coastal assets?  

 

A panel of experts will help trace the evolution of some key
developments that have impacted the coastal environment and look at
current and coming environmental challenges. Water resources, shoreline
change, open space preservation, land use, coastal management, and
formation of key institutions like the Waquoit Bay Reserve and the Cape
Cod Commission, are among the topics to be addressed.  Whether you are a
lifetime Cape Codder, recent resident, or visitor, this discussion will
teach, inspire and motivate.
