Nathalie Jaquet, Ph.D.

New England and Sperm Whales

 

Dr. Jaquet is a specialist in marine mammal ecology and a senior scientist
at the Provincetown Center for Coastal Studies.  Explore the dynamic
relationship between humans and the leviathan of the sea through this
fascinating PowerPoint presentation.  Yankee and modern sperm whaling
periods will be chronicled.  Current research techniques and conservation
issues will be also be discussed.
