Waquoit Bay Reserve is excited to be co-sponsoring these events with
Wellfleet Audubon and Cape and Islands Renewable Energy Collaborative.
While participants need to bring their own lunch for the Wellfleet
event, in Falmouth, we'll be providing a locally grown lunch from
Coonamesett Farm so we're asking for a $10 donation and we need to have
people register in advance to help us with planning. Space is limited so
please register ASAP. Both sites will be giving out CFL bulbs and plenty
of take home information.

$10 Check should be made out to CPWB. (Citizens for the Protection of

workshop that focuses on energy efficiency and renewable energy systems
in the home and small business. Scheduled for October 31, the workshop
will be held from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary
in South Wellfleet and then repeated on November 3 at Waquoit Bay
Reserve in Waquoit.

variety of organizations and companies including Kevin Galligan of the
Cape Light Compact; Richard Lawrence of the Cape & Island Renewable
Energy Collaborative; Bruce Torrey, an expert on making your building
energy efficient; and Tom Wineman, a renewable energy consultant.
Take-home information designed to help you improve your quality of life,
save money, and help protect the Cape> '> s natural resources will also
be provided. Topics will include the benefits of energy efficiency,
alternative vehicles, solar power, and > "> clean and green> ">
electricity.
