The Marine Education and Training Program at Massachusetts Maritime Academy
announces availability in its fall 2007 boating courses.   The following
schedule will run through December:

20         Diesel Engines - Cat Teardown

20         Marine Hydraulic Systems

20/21    Introduction to Welding III

 

November        3          Diesel Engines

3          Understanding GPS Navigation

3          American Red Cross First Aid/CPR

3          Outboard Engines I

4          Outboard Engines II (Advanced)

3 & 4    Introduction to Welding I

10 & 11 Introduction to Welding II

10         Diesel Engines - Yanmar

 

December        1&2/8&9            GMAW Plate Certification Prep Lab


15                     American Red Cross First Aid/CPR         

 

 

MMA also offers OUPV/100 Ton Master License courses.  Convenient scheduling
options include two-week day classes or part-time evening classes.  USCG
exams are taken on site, with career services available for students. Next
class begins November 5.
