[SEMCO] Red Tide Relief Application Assistance

The Massachusetts Division of Marine Fisheries (MarineFisheries) will
hold a series of public workshops to assist shellfishermen with filling
out applications for the 2005 Red Tide Disaster Relief. Shellfishermen
who meet the eligibility criteria for 2005 Red Tide Disaster Relief are
invited to attend a workshop at the following dates and locations:
Monday, April 2nd:
Gloucester: Annisquam River MarineFisheries Station, 9:00AM to 4:00PM
Barnstable: Barnstable County Farmhouse, 9:00AM to 4:00PM
Tuesday, April 3rd:
Orleans: Cranberry Cove Plaza Stop & Shop, 9:00AM to 4:00 PM
Staff will be available to provide one-on-one consultation for filling
out application packets and to answer any questions. No appointment is
necessary and applicants may attend the workshop at any time between
9:00AM and 4:00PM. Application packets will be available at each
location. Directions to each location are provided below.

Directions
Cranberry Cove Plaza Stop & Shop
>From the west or north: Take Route 6 to Orleans/Eastham rotary. Take
Route 6A towards Orleans. Plaza entrance is less than 0.5 miles from
the rotary on the right, before the intersection of Route 6A and Route 28.
>From the south: Follow Route 28 north. Cranberry Cove Plaza entrance
is on the left approximately
.5 miles north of the intersection of Route 39 in South Orleans, and 0.5
miles past the intersection of Route 6A and Route 28.
Location is on the second floor and can be accessed from the front of
Stop & Shop. Follow "Red Tide" signs to meeting room.
Directions to Barnstable County Farmhouse, Barnstable
Traveling west on Route 6 (Towards the Canal): Follow Route 6 West to
Exit 7 (Willow St.) to end. Warning! Dangerous intersection. Go left
on Route 6A west. Follow Rte.6A for just less than 2 miles and the
entrance to the Barnstable County Farm is on your left. Enter dirt
driveway and drive past greenhouse to small farmhouse at top of drive.
Traveling East on Route 6 (Towards Provincetown)
Route 6 East to Exit 6 (Rte. 132) to end. Go right on Route 6A East and
travel about 2.5 miles.
Go through Barnstable Village, which includes the main County Complex.
Once through the village, go through the stoplight and follow Rte.6A for
approx. 0.7 miles and the entrance to the Barnstable County Farm is on
your right. Enter dirt driveway and drive past greenhouse to small
farmhouse at top of drive.
Annisquam River Marine Fisheries Station, Gloucester
Take Route 128 north to first rotary (Grant Circle - actually part of
Route 128). Take first right off rotary onto Washington Street. Take
5th right onto Centennial Avenue (at Georges Coffee Shop). Go over RR
bridge to second right onto Emerson Avenue. The Gloucester Office is
the last building on the left. Parking is available in parking lot
inside gates - the main entrance is located at the front of the building.
