BUS TRIP TO VISIT HULL'S 1.8 MEGAWATT WIND TURBINE
As part of the Cape & Islands Renewable Energy Collaborative's efforts
to increase the public's awareness of renewable energy, we are
organizing a free bus tour on Tuesday, August 28th to provide residents
and officials with a first-hand view of Hull's newest 1.8 megawatt wind
turbine. Officials and residents from local communities where wind
projects are being contemplated are encouraged to come along for the
ride and to see, hear, and learn about Hull's highly successful wind
installation <http://www.hullwind.org/> . This trip is for citizens and
decision makers who are interested in seeing a utility scale wind
turbine up close and meet and speak with John MacLeod from the Hull
Municipal Light District.
The bus will be leaving Tuesday, August 28th from the Cape Cod Mall

The bus will leave at 8:30 a.m. The bus will also be stopping off at the
Sagamore Park and Ride at 9:00 a.m. We will visit the turbine and speak
