[SEMCO] Green Building Design workshops scheduled

GREEN BUILDING DESIGN
Free Workshop Series

Thursdays, October 26, November 2, 9, & 16
2:00-4:00 p.m.
at the Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary

Mass Audubon's new energy-efficient, "green" nature center in South
Wellfleet will be the venue for a series of FREE workshops on how to
incorportate environmentally-friendly elements into your home or small
business.

The series will include an introduction on how to design and plan a green
home, showcase the green features of the Wellfleet Bay Widlife Sanctuary,
illustrate how to conserve water with alternative systems, and identify ways
to harness renewable energy into your home. Each workshop features expert
speakers and take home materials.

Mass Audubon co-sponsors this series with Waquoit Bay Research Reserve and
the Cape & Islands Renewable Energy Collaborative.
