> Stormwater Specialist.  This full-time position will be responsible
> for providing technical and outreach assistance to municipalities for
> the development of stormwater program funding mechanisms within the
> Massachusetts Bays Program region. A major task will be to develop a
> transferable framework for the creation of stormwater utilities to
> support local implementation of municipal stormwater management
> programs. This position will work closely to assist local officials in
> identifying and choosing options to meet local goals for managing
> stormwater. There will also be an interagency coordination component
> to work with the Interagency Stormwater Action Team. Will work with
