[SEMCO] Massachusetts Bays Program - Stormwater Specialist position opening

The Massachusetts Bays Program ( <file://www.massbays.org> www.massbays.org)
is seeking a Stormwater Specialist.  This full-time position will be
responsible for providing technical and outreach assistance to
municipalities for the development of stormwater program funding mechanisms
within the Massachusetts Bays Program region. A major task will be to
develop a transferable framework for the creation of stormwater utilities to
support local implementation of municipal stormwater management programs.
This position will work closely to assist local officials in identifying and
choosing options to meet local goals for managing stormwater. There will
also be an interagency coordination component to work with the Interagency
Stormwater Action Team. Will work with local municipal governments, and
knowledge of issues related to stormwater management and stormwater program
implementation are desirable.
