Mass Audubon’s Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary to present lecture on
“The Massachusetts Estuaries Project”

South Wellfleet, MA -  On Thursday, March 10th at 7:00PM at the Wellfleet
Bay
Wildlife Sanctuary Bob Duncanson, the Director of the Chatham Department of
Health and Environment, will speak on his town’s experiences with the
Department of Environmental Protection’s Massachusetts Estuaries Project.
The
Project’s goal is to evaluate and maintain the water quality in 89 of the
state’s estuaries.  Chatham is the first town on the Cape to complete the
project and plans are underway for all Cape communities.

This program is free and open to the public. Registration is requested but
not
required. Call the Mass Audubon Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary at 508-349-
