Free Bus Trip to Visit Hull's Wind Turbine

On Thursday, October 14, Cape Codders are invited on a free bus tour to
view first-hand, the newest wind turbine in Hull, Massachusetts.
Officials, coastal decision makers and residents from local communities
where wind projects are being considered are encouraged to join us. Come
see, hear, and learn about Hull's wind installation while viewing a
utility scale wind turbine up close.

The bus will leave the Harwich Park and Ride parking lot off Route 6 at
8:15 a.m. The bus will also stop and pick up passengers at the Sagamore
Park and Ride at 9:00 a.m. (off the rotary behind McDonald's) and will
return to Sagamore at 1:30 p.m. and Harwich at 2:15 p.m. We will visit
the turbine and hear about the hows and whys of Hull's Vestas 660
kilowatt wind turbine. Participants are welcome to bring a bag lunch or
purchase lunch from a little clam shack within walking distance of the
turbine.
