The Massachusetts Bays Program is pleased to announce that our 2003 RFR =
will be posted tomorrow May 30, 2003. =20

We are seeking applications for regional services from five state =
agencies, regional planning agencies, non-profit organizations or =
private organizations that are focused on protecting the environmental =
integrity of the coastal watersheds of Massachusetts and Cape Cod Bays.  =
