Dear Colleague,

An Announcement of Opportunity has been issued to submit proposals to
the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration's Coastal
Ocean Program for the Monitoring and Event Response for Harmful Algal
Blooms (MERHAB) program.  Proposals are due by 3 p.m. EST on April 25,
2002.
