Announcing a Seminar Sponsored by the Massachusetts
Division of Occupational Safety, On-Site
Consultation Program
"Safety and Health for the Boat Building/Repair and
Marina Industries"
In response to the Occupational Safety and Health
Administration (OSHA) Local Emphasis Program, the
Massachusetts Consultation Program is offering free
half-day seminars designed to help employers achieve
compliance with safety and health regulations as
well as assist them in developing an effective
safety and health program. Topics presented at these
training seminars will include:
o spray finishing and fire safety
o electrical safety
o fall protection
o respiratory protection
o required written programs
o record keeping
o safety and health program management
Each attendee will receive training material
specific for the boat and marina industries.
