Role :Tidal Engineer & Admin
Location: Jersey City,NJ
Salary : $120k with benefits

*    Minimum 5+ years of experience with Tidal 6.5.x 1.
*    Minimum 4 years direct experience administering a 24x7 Tidal Production environment.
*    Minimum 2 years of experience in developing scripts and code improvements using C, PowerShell, Bash, MSFT SQL, Tidal REST API 2.
*    Support and maintain the Tidal Workload Automation (formerly known as Tidal Enterprise Scheduler) environments.
*    Proactively identify issues and bottlenecks to ensure environment stability.
*    Continuous service improvement focusing on automation.
*    Developing, testing, and implementing scripts and jobs
*    Scheduling and orchestration of batch jobs
*    Tune and tweak job catalog for improved performance
*    Identify product defects and enhancements and implement solutions / features as needed.
*    Troubleshoot failed installs of the agent, job failures and dependency streams in real time.
*    Experienced with Tidal Workload Automation upgrade / patching processes.
*    Provide support and guidance to users for best practices and product features.
*    Working knowledge of integrating with ITSM Tool
*    Working knowledge and proficiency in MS SQL and Tidal database schema
*    Produce / develop reports for metrics and trend analysis.
*    Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
*    Maintain accurate documentation.
*    Strong oral and written technical and interpersonal communication skills including sensitivity to user community.
